nice quality quilt from the late 1920's or early 1930's.
from I was told at the auction the her grandmother hand
pieced and tied this quilt in Bellwood, Nebraska. It is similar
pattern to the Grandmother's flower Garden. This has been completely
gone through. NO HOLES NO STAINS NO TACKING NEEDED. It may need to be
aired out as it has been in storage for awhile. It measures 89"x
65". The colors are still bright. Colors used are blue, teal, pink,
red, orange, yellow and purple. I may have missed a color in there
somewhere. This is really a lovely heavy weight quilt for winter .
